Students who live outside the Heritage High School boundaries may apply for optional enrollment by following these procedures:

Please mail, fax, or bring to school the following materials:

1. The completed In-District or Nonresident Open Enrollment form (found on the LPS site or HHS School Forms page)
2. Unofficial copy of transcript and test scores (for incoming 9th graders we need both 7th and 8th grades)
3. Copy of attendance record
4. Copy of discipline record
5. A short letter addressed to Mr. Ken Moritz, principal, stating why you want your son/daughter to attend Heritage High School and how you heard about Heritage.

The deadline to submit open enrollment applications is January 31 of each year for the following school year. Applications received after this deadline will be approved on a space-available basis.
