Why All Students Should Study Fine Arts!

A Columbia University study revealed that students in the arts are found to be more cooperative with teachers and peers, more self-confident and better able to express their ideas.

 Fine Arts Department

The Heritage Fine Arts Department has been changing students' lives since 1972.  Offering a full compliment of arts courses ranging from introductory to advanced in music, theater arts, and visual arts, Heritage Fine Arts serves to teach arts appreciation through the development and creation of high-level art, drama, and music.  Creativity, human expression, teamwork development, and achievement are all important components of the fine arts curriculum.

Heritage High School is part of the Littleton Public Schools, which has been named one of the nation's "Best Communities for Music Education" by the NAMM Foundation for 2008.  For more information on the NAMM Foundation and the 109 other school districts that have received this honor, click here.
